Yeah, so this post doesn’t really have anything to do with traveling or my life in Spain. Rather I thought I’d share my current fast, upbeat, ass-kicking workout playlist. I have been doing a lot of running over the past few months, and I need some good jams to get me going, otherwise my ADD kicks in and I’m bored out of my mind. So far I’ve found that the faster the music the faster I run. Some friends have asked me to share my secret playlist, and I’ll warn you now, it’s kinda embarrassing, and I do actually listen to OTHER music the rest of the time. So no judging. But when I’m out huffing and puffing, trying to burn off all those calories from chocolate croissants and pintxos, there is no shame in what I’m listening to, as long as its motivational. So put on your sneakers and bring on some Flo Rida and Pitbull, and get ready to run!
